  We're excited to bring Netflix support for Ultra HD 4K to Windows 10, making the vast catalog of Netflix TV shows and movies in 4K even more accessible for. HEVC already installed, and I can watch Ultra HD 4K content using Edge but not the Windows 10 netflix app. Less than Ideal as Edge does not support streaming. It doesn't matter if I use Edge or the Netflix App. I have a 4K 60Hz Monitor connected via DisplayPort which supports HDCP

Ask a new question. I just bought a new laptop and downloaded the netflix app but I can't get 4k playback, just HD. I've listed the steps below I've taken to trouble shoot and my configuration too.

Same thing with my Surface Laptop 3. Upgrades the external monitor with 4k monitor using a Displayport cable and upgraded to Ultra HD Netflix with 1G internet. Was this reply helpful?
